With the Herbert Street Project, TMG faced another instance of helping a homeowner develop a source of revenue from their property. We were asked to turn an existing single family home into a series of semi-detached dwellings.
TMG began by ensuring all applications were submitted in relation to variance and subdividing lots. TMG proceeded with the demolition of the existing home and the preparation of engineered pads. Following this, TMG managed the construction of 4 new semi-detached dwellings.
Herbert Street offered an opportunity to develop equity from an existing home and TMG helped manage the project from start to finish.
