The Ford Street Project offered us a really great opportunity to help a homeowner recognize the value in their property. The existing property was a relatively basic single dwelling home and we were tasked with turning that home into a property that would be financially positive for the homeowner.
TMG began by submitting a variance application to the municipality, indicating the owners intent to change the makeup of their property. We subdivided the lot and applied for the necessary building permits. TMG oversaw the demolition of the existing structure and managed the new construction of 4 semi-detached dwellings.
Ford Street began as a simple family home and TMG was able to help generate a source of income for the property owner through smart building and planning.
