The project at 123 Chain Lake Drive did not require demolition or variance applications, but there were still a number of things that made this a unique and complex project. TMG developed a plan for a commercial building focused on housing a variety of tenants from a number of industries.
The project began with a set of site renderings for a unique and functional structure in a busy commercial area. TMG applied for building permits and completed Phase 1 Environmental studies (the original site was a rail depot). Following this, TMG completed geotechnical investigations to understand the nature of the subgrade.
Following these initial stages, TMG managed the construction process and continues to work on the completion of lease hold improvements for commercial tenants.
